So, as some of you may have noticed on the CFC FaceBook page, I am going to be doing a 12 week challenge called the Lean Body Challenge For Her put on by Labrada Nutrition. This challenge includes a basic meal plan/food guide lines (like, what foods to eat and which to avoid, not one where it tells you "EAT THIS AT THIS TIME!") and a basic workout plan. You get access to two coaches, Kelsey Byers and Jame Eason and the online community has been amazing.
Guess what else? IT'S FREE. You don't have to buy anything (the packet says you do, but they confirmed that you don't) and you get a $100 gift certificate just for completing all 12 weeks. Also, there IS A MEN'S CHALLENGE.
No one is asking me to write this blog. No one is asking me to advertise. I don't get anything if you join (except a new person to do this with!). This is just me, CFC, being REALLY excited about trying something new and wanting to let you all know that it exists. I want to do this challenge to prove to myself that I can stick with something.
I want to prove to myself that I have what it takes to do this.
I want to be stronger so that I can do obstacle course races.
I want to be healthier because... why would I not want that?
I WANT TO SHOW THE WORLD WHAT A FIT, FAT CHICK CAN DO!
I will do my BEST and I am IN IT TO WIN IT. I will be awesome and amazing and love and accept my body no matter what happens because body acceptance IS WHAT I AM ALL ABOUT. (Caps is kind of my thing for this blog.)
